Eve & Covid-19


Hope everyone is well and safe and managing this difficult time the best possible. In regards to the current Covid-19 Pandemic and the situational circumstances that it has created, we have to take the necessary regulatory steps in the admission of new patients. We understand that mental health issues and struggles need immediate and acute attention and at the same time ensuring the safety of all concerned in this stressful period is important.

Hence the current admission process is as follows:

  1. Prior to admission the client/patient concerned needs to be tested for Covid-19 in an established medical facility.
  2. Once the test results indicate that the patient/client is negative for Covid-19 the admission procedures will ensue
  3. Due to safety precautions at the present, viewing the facility is not possible, we have enclosed pictures of the facility below.
  4. Temporary guardianship letters may be required to be produced to facilitate the admission process. (A sample letter will be forwarded by the accounts department to be filled with details of the client, scanned and forwarded back to us.)
  5. Activities done in the centre has also been modified temporarily to reduce outdoor activities and increase indoor activities to minimize the risk of exposure and ensure the safety of your loved ones, the staff and the clinical team.

Many have been turned down by hospitals for screening test because they do not meet the criteria for free testing. There is a guideline by our Ministry of Health for those who would like to get tested in case they have been turned down by the hospital. Here are the steps:

  1. Call our hotline at πŸŽπŸπŸ•-πŸπŸ’πŸ–πŸ—πŸ—πŸπŸ or πŸŽπŸπŸ—- πŸ—πŸπŸ“πŸ•πŸ–πŸ“πŸ–.
  2. After making an appointment, our team of doctors and paramedics will arrive at your doorstep with full personal protective equipment.
  3. Swab is taken and labelled.
  4. Results will be mailed and emailed to you in 48 hours.

(2) Each activity will be done in groups of 5 pax maximum.

Meal Schedule

  • 7:30 am - 8:30 am
    Breakfast / Morning Medications
  • 10:30 am - 12:00 noon
  • 12:00 noon - 1:00 pm
  • 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
    Tea Break
  • 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
  • 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm
    Supper / Night Medications

House Rules & Regulations


  • No mobile phone, laptop, camera or video camera.
  • No cigarettes, cigars, vape or lighters.
    *Smoking is controlled. Hence only staff is allowed to buy and hold the cigarettes for the residents.
  • Charges will be added to invoice each month.
  • No sharp objects e.g. Pen, Knife, Shaver, etc.


(No visitation until MCO is lifted)

  • No lending of mobile phones to residents.
  • No giving money to residents unless via nurses.
  • No photographing or video recording is allowed in the premises.
  • Non-Halal food is not allowed into the facility.

Things to be provided during Admission

  1. Email/WhatsApp copy of Guardian & Resident’s Ic/Passport
  2. Current Medication with prescription
  3. Hospital appointment card & medical report
  4. Home clothing (5) pcs each: Shirt, T-shirt, Shorts, Undergarments
  5. Formal Clothing (2) pcs each item: Shirt/Polo t-shirt for male, Blouse/Top for female, Long pants
  6. Sport shoes, slipper, socks
  7. (2) towel, dental care, shower gel, shampoo, facewash & deodorants
