Highly efficient professional admissions team. We cannot stress how well the pick up was coordinated and executed. We were apprehensive at first but was reassured throughout and everything very well explained. During the pick up as well, they slow talked to patient instead of immediately going for restrain. One of the team also helped keep my mum calm during the process as it was abit intense seeing it was involuntary admission. Extremely grateful and impressed.
