Communities in general, regardless which, plays an important role in providing structure and enables individuals to come together. In rural areas, communities are the most practical way to nurture or provide to some extend mental health support. These facets can have a large positive impact on young minds as the community by itself holds a positive, healthy, safe and supportive space to guide them.
